Thirty minutes to an hour may seem like a long time, but the nice thing about Marc Pro is that you set it and forget it. Once it’s going, it doesn’t require any attention. It’s important to keep in mind, if you completed a strenuous workout or activity, leave Marc Pro on for longer. Marc Pro’s unique technology is non-fatiguing and won’t put any stress on muscles.
Time Duration Examples for Baseball Pitchers
How long users should use Marc Pro is based on multiple factors such as age, previous injuries, level of competition, and frequency of activity. For example, a young pitcher who just threw 100 pitches could benefit from using Marc Pro for 30-60 minutes. These players know their arm is going to be tired and sore and using Marc Pro on the car ride home or while they sit in front of the TV relaxing is key.
On the other hand, players at the pro level can benefit from much longer usage durations. These players have 10,000’s more pitches on their arm, likely have previous injuries, and are typically a little older. In this case, many pro pitchers use Marc Pro for 3-5 hours after a start. These are two extremes of the usage spectrum, but at the end of the day, the more you can use it the better.
