Marc Pro will occasionally run special offers and promotions. To take advantage of these offers, simply enter your promotion code at the time of check out, prior to payment.
Marc Pro charges all applicable and required sales tax. Taxes will be added to your order at the time your payment is processed.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Within the United States
Marc Pro has FDA clearance to ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses (for military personnel). Our shipping carriers are UPS and USPS.
Shipping Outside the U.S.
Marc Pro products can be shipped internationally. Our devices are CE marked as consumer electronic devices as our indications are not for medical purposes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that this type of device can be legally imported and used in your country. It will also be the buyers responsibility to cover any customs or duty fees. Our shipping carriers for international orders are UPS and USPS. Customers who choose international shipping with UPS will have tracking information available until delivery. Customers who choose international shipping with USPS will only have tracking information until it leaves the United States, at which point the package is transferred to the local postal department of the country you’re shipping to.
During the checkout process you will be prompted to enter your zip code. The exact shipping charges will be calculated at this time.
Shipping Cutoff Time for Orders
Orders will ship out same-day when received by 1:00PM PST Monday through Thursday, or 9AM PST on Friday. Orders placed after these times will ship the next business day.
3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Early AM orders must be received by the shipping cutoff times (listed above) to guarantee on-time delivery. Available on in-stock items only.
Once your order ships you will be sent a UPS or USPS tracking number so you can track your package.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your Marc Pro, return it for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will refund the full purchase price (minus shipping and handling).
Payment Plan Option
If you choose the payment plan option, you will be billed over 12 months for the value of the Marc Pro device. The initial payment will include the first month’s payment plus any associated tax and shipping charges. The credit card that you use at the time of purchase will be charged on the same day of the month for the remaining 11 payments. You are responsible to make sure your credit card is in good standing and all 12 payments are made. If your credit card fails and your account becomes past due, we reserve the right to bill the entire amount owed to your credit card and/or turn you over to an accredited collection agency. The payment plan option is only available to customers with a US billing address. You can log in to your account at any time to view your remaining balance or to update your payment information.
Free Trial Program
The Try Before You Buy program allows you to test Marc Pro out free for 30 days. Credit card information will be stored when the order is processed, but not charged initially. We will run your card for the amount scheduled to be charged at the end of the free trial to verify the card, but the charge will be immediately refunded. If we do not receive the product back within the 30 days, your credit card will be charged based on the method you selected, plus any associated taxes. If we do receive the product back before the 30 days is up, your credit card will not be charged. All Try Before You Buy orders will be sent with Signature Required shipping. For returns, contact us at email@example.com or 855-627-2776 and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to send the product back to us. This program is only available to customers with a United States billing and shipping address. Limit one free trial device per customer.
If the device is not returned to us and your credit card fails, we reserve the right to bill the entire amount owed to your credit card and/or turn you over to an accredited collection agency.
Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund period is 30 days from the date of purchase. If you would like to return an item you ordered, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions. If you return any item(s), please ship your items postage-paid, insured, with a tracking number. Allow 1 week for processing once your item is received. A credit for the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card account.
Damage to Returned Product
Customers who return Marc Pro or Marc Pro Plus devices with damage beyond normal wear and tear, will be charged for the damage. Upon receiving the device back at our warehouse, customers will be refunded their payment, per our return policy, minus any repair costs.
If you exchange item(s), please return the item(s) using an insured and/or traceable service. Your exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, you will be reimbursed for shipping. If the exchange is due to an incorrect ordering procedure by Marc Pro.com, there will be no shipping charge required.
If you need repairs to your Marc Pro for damages not covered under warranty, please email email@example.com for a return authorization number and return instructions. Please ship your items postage-paid, insured, with a tracking number. Once we receive it, we will contact you with a quoted price for repairs and return shipping. When we receive your approval, we will make the repairs and ship your Marc Pro back to you.
Marc Pro Warranty
Marc Pro is covered by a no hassle warranty for 2 years if you are the original owner and it was purchased from Marc Pro or an authorized reseller. If your device fails for any reason during the course of normal use, we will repair or replace it for free. Our warranty does NOT cover lost items, abuse or water damage. It is our goal to always maintain adequate inventory levels to satisfy demand for our products. However, in the event that your product is backordered, you will be notified at the time of your order. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible. Some items may be shipped separately as they become available. If your order ships separately you will not be billed additional shipping and handling for this second shipment.
