The quality of food you’re consuming plays a big role in your body’s ability to perform. If you feed it high quality foods, you’ll get high quality performance out. However, if you eat low quality foods your body won’t be able to operate efficiently, so you can expect a lower quality performance. Noah uses a meal service that provides high-quality food. For him, this is an easy way to ensure he gets the right foods with his busy schedule.
Noah Ohlsen trains a lot. So for him it’s important that he gets in enough calories throughout the day. In between his meals, Noah supplements with a protein and carb shake. In the past, he would drink one a day. Recently, he’s upped his intake and now drinks one after every training session. Each shake has about 30 grams of protein and anywhere between 50-100 grams of carbs.
Since increasing his caloric intake by almost 1,000 extra calories, Noah has noticed the difference. While his body composition hasn’t changed much, he’s noticed that his energy levels are much higher and his recovery has shown improvements as well.
