Marc Pro Use Tip: Justin Rossi from the Marc Pro Strava Cycling team shares his favorite Marc Pro pad placement.


I place one pad on each quad at the head of the vastus medialus and one pad on the aductor magnus/grasilis/semimembranosus junction area at the top and medial part of the hamstring.  I find this gives me the most bang for the buck and is my go to placement following hard days on the bike.
