Marc Pro Tip: Global Arm and Leg Flush Pre Workout Warm Up

Marc Pro Tip: With 15.1 being announced shortly, here’s a great warm up tip for using Marc Pro. Use the Global Arm and Global Leg Flush 10-15 minutes before your typical warm-up. This will help loosen and prep the muscles before the workout. The Global Flushes allow you to hit multiple muscle groups at once. Be sure to use the Low Frequency setting if you’re using the Marc Pro Plus. Good luck!
