Marc Pro Tip: With 15.2 being a repeat of last year’s 14.2, you will have a good baseline. Focus on the muscle groups that fatigued out first on you last year. Since this WOD is a test of your upper body strength and endurance, your arms will need some help. Use the Global Arm Flush and Mid Arm placements to flush your biceps and forearms post WOD.
