Get More From Every Marc Pro Session With Better Positioning

Did you know your body position while using Marc Pro can affect your session?
For the best results, the muscle group being targeted should be in a relaxed position and able to move freely during each contraction. The goal is to take pressure off the targeted muscles, reduce resistance to the contraction, and allow yourself to relax while using Marc Pro.
Here are four simple positioning tips for common Marc Pro placements.
Legs
For leg placements, get into a comfortable seated or reclined position with your feet out in front of you.
Place a pillow or something soft underneath your knees and allow your legs to relax. Slightly rotating your legs outward can also help take tension out of the targeted muscles and give them more freedom to move during the contraction.
Lower Legs
When targeting the calves, feet, ankles, heels, or other areas of the lower leg, elevate and support the leg.
Try using two pillows—one underneath the lower hamstring and another underneath the ankles. This helps take pressure off the lower leg and keeps the muscles in a more relaxed position.
Lower Back
When targeting the back, hamstrings, or glutes, lie comfortably on your stomach.
Place a pillow underneath the pelvic area to slightly lift the lower back, then place something soft underneath your feet. This helps support the posterior chain and reduce unnecessary resistance during the session.
Arms
When using Marc Pro on the forearms, biceps, traps, or for a broader arm placement, focus on taking pressure off the upper body.
Place a pillow or towel between your arm and the side of your body, then rest your arm comfortably across your lap. You can also hug a pillow to help keep both arms supported and relaxed.
Relax and Let Marc Pro Do the Work
No matter which area you are targeting, the goal is the same: keep the muscles relaxed, supported, and free to move during each contraction.
Sometimes a small adjustment—like adding a pillow or changing your position—can make your Marc Pro session more comfortable and effective.
