After ever ride, every practice, before your shower, while you are drinking your recovery drink, hook up the Marc Pro! Run it for 15-20 min. Hook up your palm to shoulder on both sides, turn it up till you lightly feel the thump and leave it. You can do the same with the legs, sole of foot to top of thigh to flush out the legs.

By doing a daily or bi-daily flush after your race or practice will actually increase your bodies ability to recover. Add heat and daily motos, this becomes very important at the end of a week of competition. Have fun and stay healthy.
